Who are we?

A-1 Wireless Communications is the oldest and largest wireless

carrier headquartered in the Texas Panhandle. A-1 Wireless serves

most of the first responders and medical community in the

Panhandle. A-1 also provides service to nearly every commercial

and government market segment.

In response to numerous requests, A-1 Wireless added transmitter

sites in the Texas South Plains and opened an office in Lubbock in

2006. These transmitter sites allow A-1 Wireless Communications

tto provide continuous wireless paging coverage from Guymon, OK

to Lamesa, TX.

Why are we different?

A-1 WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS PROVIDES CRITICAL

COMMUNICATIONS - Critical Communications are messages that

must be delivered quickly and must reach the recipient wherever

they are located. These messages must reach their destination

inside a building, in a remote rural area or in a congested down-

town location.

THE ONLY USERS ON OUR NETWORK ARE A-1 WIRELESS

COMMUNICATIONS CUSTOMERS. A-1 Wireless Communications

has the largest, independently owned wireless e-mail network in

the Panhandle and South Plains. We don't share our network with

other carriers. We reserve our airtime solely for our customers. A

shared network means a long wait for pages to be received.

WE PROVIDE TRUE WIRELESS E-MAIL. A-1 Wireless

Communications gives each user a unique e-mail address for their

pager so messages can be sent from any standard e-mail program.

We give you the option to use our website to send internet pages,

but Critical Communications are more reliably sent using stored

e-mail addresses in the e-mail program on your computer.

OUR E-MAIL MESSAGES TO GROUPS ARE SENT TO EVERY

PAGER SIMULTANEOUSLY. Many paging carriers rely on

sequential group paging, which calls each pager in the group one

at a time. A-1 Wireless sends a group message to all pagers in the

group simultaneously.

A-1 WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS HAS TWO CONVENIENT

LOCATIONS TO SERVE OUR HIGHLY MOBILE CLIENTS. We

are easy to find in Amarillo and Lubbock when you need additional

services or support.

WE HAVE EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESEN-

TATIVES. Our customer support team has over 60 years of

combined experience serving the medical community, first

responders and business users with wireless communications.
